How can I lose 50 pounds in a little over 3 months?

2.2 pounds to a KG. 25 KG = 55 pounds. about 8 pounds to a gallon of oil. Times 3 = 24 pounds. So 25 kilograms is about twice what you need.

Your question isn't a simple black or white question, it's all relative to how many PSI is your radiator cap and what mixture of anti-freeze your running, and also, how old or new the anti-freeze (coolant) is.

The pressure cap on a cooling system is the key to raising the boiling point of the 50/50 mix of antifreeze and distilled water. For every pound of pressure cap rating the boiling of point of the above mixture raises 3 degrees. If you had plain water in your cooling system with a 15 pound pressure cap the water would boil @ 257 degrees. If you had a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water the coolant would boil @ 265 degrees with a 15 pound cap. The boiling point would raise to 270 degrees if you had a 60% antifreeze mixture with a 15 pound cap. If you had a 70% mixture the boiling point would raise to 276 degrees.

6 is 3.125% of 192. You lost about 3%.

The average baby can usually ride in one comfortable up to 12 months, sometimes longer if your little one isn't taller or heavier than average. You can check your pediatricians office for what the averages are for your little one. Anyway, I used this with both my babies. My daughter fit comfortable in it until around 14 months, about one month after she started walking and her legs and torso suddenly got long. She weighed 27 pounds then. My son... he's a hoss. I had to stop using it around 8 months or 25 pounds because his legs could no longer fit comfortable in the space provided. The other variance is what you or whomever uses it can handle. I found that after 20 pounds the straps pulled my neck and upper shoulders so much that I couldn't use it for long periods of time, and I'm very physically active and fit.
If you are looking at this for a long term option I wouldn't recommend it. It was awesome for the time it was appropriate but now gathers dust. I switched to one that carries up to 45 pounds and fits my body better.

A comment regarding the Specialized. Wheel base is a little short. May or may not have heel clearance for your rear panniers. Gearing is not quite low enough for my taste. I would exchange the 12-27 cassette for at least an 11-32. You will be hauling at least 45 to 50 pounds of racks, panniers, and gear. Plus 28-30 pounds for the bike and your 170 pounds. Grand total of upwards of 250 pounds. Plus water. All being propelled by your legs, lungs, and heart.
As far as training, hit the weights. Can't emphasis enough the importance of strength when you are riding day after day. If you are carrying any extra weight, do your best to be as lean as possible. Any and all extra weight will conspire to sap strength from you and contribute to fatigue.
I rode from Seattle to San Francisco. 3 weeks covering 1000 miles supported. Bike was about 7 pounds too heavy and I was about 25 pounds too heavy despite losing weight prior to my trip. I was very fatigued by the end of the trip. Your trip will be twice as long carrying more gear. Are you using an Adventure Cycle mapped route?
Also something to consider. Use a lighter weight bicycle and carry your gear in a B.O.B. trailer. Trailer carries the bulk of the weight, so you can use a lighter bicycle. No need for a heavy front tire and rim.

70-75 foot pounds. Final torque must be reached in 3 equal steps, torque each to 25 foot pounds then 50 foot pounds, then 75 foot pounds. Recheck final torque in sequence.

There is a fault with Forerunner 50's - I replaced my battery three weeks ago, after three months of average use. It posted the "LoBatt" sign again the following day. Garmin offered to replace it with an overhauled product but I've gone for a refund instead.

with my exp, i would use the first guide as the degree method has a tendancy to snap head bolts, especially on older vehicles.
