I have konica minolta develop ,which has ADF problem that is paper jaaming in adf .what is the solution

check there are two locking claw for uper cover of adf one is broken check and replace if necessary

Look for a shipping lock. Sometimes it's under the tray or such, it will move half a turn or so to release the workings. The owners manual should mention it.
