First of please tell me how old is your TV?
well, it seems that your TV may be losing the high voltage. Or if the rasters are staying on and just the video failing, it may be losing the main video processing component.

The high voltage is not coming up. I have sound but I have no high voltage. I have scoped it out, and I do not have anyhting out of the MSPAD101 IC. I think it is a high voltage reg., but not for sure. I need to find the data sheet for it so I can determine what signals I need to produce an output from pin 1 of the IC.

I have a Mitsubishi 65" TV model # WS-65907. I have sound but no picture. I do not have any high voltage. I have scoped the ckt to a Program Module control IC that is a MSPAD101. I do not have any ouput from pin 1 out of the IC. I need to know what inputs I need in order to get an output from the IC.

I appreciate your response to my question. I looked at both links you gave me, and still could not come up with a datasheet on the IC. One link gave me a message that the IC could not be found, and the other one was just for ordering the IC.
