Make sure you used brand new batteries when you installed them. Check all connections for batteries make sure there is no corrosion. You can remove corrosion with vinegar. Check to make sure on/off switch is in "ON" position. If you bought new, contact Hasbro Customer Service for help. They no longer make them, but should be able to service NOS (new old stock).
