The problem with a constant grinding and overflow of coffee is a micro switch in the doser box needs to be replaced. If you get the top off there is a solenoid in the center of the machine on top that has to be removed. There is a micro switch below and to the right that is bad or dirty and needs to be replaced. This micro switch turns off the grinder when the coffee pushes a arm against the micro switch. If the micro switch doesn't shut off the grinder the coffee overflows the box and falls into the brew unit. This is a very special micro switch that is only a 6 gram switch not like the others that look like it and are a 32 gram switch.
Check the micro switch that the brew unit hit when it enters the machine. Sometimes the lever arm on the switch breaks off, and the switch will no longer work. Click the link for a picture of the micro switch.
