I'd check the door switches to make sure they are all being activated when the door is closed.

THE DOOR HAS A SAFETY SWITCH THAT SHUTS THE UNIT OFF WHEN THE DOOR IS OPENED KEEPING YOU FROM GETTING "ZAPPED WITH RADIATION" ACTUALLY ITS JUST RADIO WAVES, ANYWAY THE JIGGLING OF THE HANDLE TO START IT IS WHATS HAPPENING THERE. IT COMING ON IS JUST A SHORT IN THE SWITCH THAT MAY BE FROM AN ALREADY SET TIME, OR ITS JUST MAKING CONTACT WHERE ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO. ANYWAY YOU NEED A NEW DOOR SWITCH.

The spring attachment to the moving latch has broken off either replace the latch or drill a small hole in the latch body and attach some heavy steel wire to make a new attach point for the spring. the inside trim easily pops off and the latch just slides off.

You can order new "cap handles" (the plastic parts that join the aluminum handle to the door for 3.99 each plus 8.99 shipping and handling at the Sears Parts Direct Website. The part number is DE67-00222C. When you have the parts in hand, open the microwave oven door. On the inside surface of the door their is a black plastic frame around the door that pops off easily (gently use a screw driver to pry up the door frame) so that you can have access to the screws that attach the end caps to the door. You will need to hold the remant of the cap handle (the part that is probably broken off even with the glass surface on the outside side of the door) still while you unscrew the screws. Once the screws and broken remnant of the handle caps are out, you are ready to put new handle caps on the handle, then put the handle with the new handle caps on the door. By the way, Samsung was absolutely NO help with this. The agent I chatted with denied that their were any reports of the handles breaking off, so I had to cut and past the postings about the door handle breaking off ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE under "Community Q and A" into the chat box -- still the agent did not acknowldege the existance of these reports...or the possibility of a poor design. I asked for them to send me a couple of the $4 parts as a good will gesture....got nothing but lofty words about Samsung commitment etc. and only a authorized technition blah blah, no action. All you need is a strong thumbnail, a phillips head screw driver, new handle caps.

Did you have checked the magnetron? If this appliance turn on, it is, you said "has power", but not generate microwaves to "cook" any meat you want to cook. I have searched more information on Internet, but not got something about it. If you have some like electric diagram give me the link please or up it to 4shared for try to help you to the solution. I beg your pardon for my poor english. Is not my natal language.

Microcontrollers have helped in this regard as they include more features such as Popcorn, Dinner Plate and Defrost modes. Another rather recent innovation is the ability to measure the steam in the cooking chamber which provides the microcontroller information on cooking time required. As the internal microwave frequency in the magnetron is typically around 2.45 GHz and microwaves are almost as ubiquitous as washing machines, other wireless technologies such as Bluetooth which operate in the same frequency much have the capability to do frequency hopping in case of interference. Along with the traditional 5 V analog and logic commodity devices used in this end equipment, Texas Instruments also provides feature-rich products that integrate relay drivers, zero-volt detection, brown-out detect feature, and 5 V linear regulation that allow for keeping BoM (bill of materials) costs within budget.
5 V Logic and Analog: Texas Instruments provides the largest portfolio in the commodity space that gives designers the flexibility to choose from any logic function needed. Whether it's an AND gate or a single-bit buffer that is needed on the board, TI has it. Likewise, TI offers a wide selection of standard linear devices for regulation (linear regulators), LEDs (LED drivers), signal conditioning (operational amplifiers), etc and are available in industrial temperature range.
Integration: Texas Instruments provides fully-integrated solutions such as the digital signal controllers (for digital motor control, PFC, and other system functions), and relay drivers that provide up to 8 channels, zero-volt detection, and 5 V linear regulation. Aside from the commonly-used 7-bit relay drivers (such as the ULN2003A Darlington arrays) TI also provides the 8-bit TPL9201 or TPL9202 to drive LEDs on the display and triacs that may be used to operate the turntable.
