OK has no power light coming on my new Belkin charging pad why is this and what should I do please help

you need to install compatible drivers on your computer.
try doing that through device manager. if that does not help

then call 1-877-805-1027 for expert help.

The problem you described seems to come from your ps3 game controller (pad). You can try a different one and see if it works.

If the game pad is charging, the ports are ok.

Does it do go "dead" while cooking or while setting idle?
When it is "dead":

• is there any display at all?
• does the inside light come on when you open the door?
• is there any beep when you press a pad on the keypad?
  

What is the full model number from the tag on the unit?

1.Yes, you have to save the configuration of the old router to see where you have it .
(print this out so that you understand the configuration.)
2. Uninstall the software for the old Belkin router.
3. Connect the new Belkin to the computer
4.power the computer off / leave off for (2) minutes then turn on.
5. Run new installation software on the new Belkin router.

Sounds like at some point and time that they did their jobs and took a power hit. Now because of that the batteries inside them are no longer able to do their jobs. You can try taking one of the units and have the battery changed out for a new one. Or if you are handy you can try it yourself. This is usually the problem and had been the problem on all of mine so far. Just bought a new battery for them and they were fine BUT this is based on MY experience alone. Your experience might be different. Hope this helps.

1. Unplug your DSL modem’s power supply.

Find the cable connecting your modem and computer.
Unplug it from the modem and plug it into the gray port
on the Belkin Router.

If you are replacing an existing router, find the cable
connecting the computer and old router. Disconnect it from
the old router and plug it into the gray port on the new router.

2. Connect the new cable (provided in the box) to the yellow
port on the Router.

Plug the other end into the modem.

3. Plug in your modem’s power supply. Wait 60 seconds for the
modem to start up.

Plug the Router’s power supply into a wall outlet, and the
other end into the black port on the Belkin Router.

As the Router wakes up, lights will come on; recheck your
connections if the “power” and one of the “wired” lights
are not lit up in green after 20 seconds.

4. Locate the CD in this guide and insert it into your computer.
The Setup Assistant should appear automatically.
If it doesn’t, open the CD in My Computer and double-click on the
“Setup Assistant” icon.It will guide you through he rest of the setup.
