Since we have no way of knowing whether they have updated owner information, and even if they do, whether they would contact you, type in "Airbag recalls" and "Sienna recalls" and "factory recalls" into your search engine, and go after this information, if you cannot go to your local Toyota dealer.
Since not all dealers are created equal, you might want to do that anyway.
God bless your efforts.
(I am having the same questions with my 2 Toyotas)

Horn button and cruise control do not work on my 1998 Toyota Sienna. Air bag light is on. How do I fix this?

This is caused by a part called the clock-spring rotating contact ribbon, it is a coiled up circuit ribbon that connects the steering wheel button and airbag to the steering column electrics. it is under the steering wheel. It needs to be replaced. This can be a dangerous job due the Airbag, so if you do want to try and replace it disconnect the battery negative cable for 15 minutes prior to start of work. The part is about $150.00 You will need special tools.

No horn in if the wheel is in straight position, but if turn the wheel left or right it working.

I am no expert but had a similiar problem with my camry and am starting to have the problem with my Sienna. Inside the steering wheel is a metal ring that supplies power to the horn, turn signals, cruise control (if equipped), etc. This way you have power to these switches even when you turn.

It seems that the top of the ring is worn or dirty thus causing the contacts not to conduct electricity to the horn. In my camry I had to have the ring replaced.

Now for the not so good news. The work needs to be done by a certified technician. This is because of the airbag. Once you take the steering wheel apart you need to be able to reset the airbag or your airbag may not work. Due to federal safety regulations they require a certified technician or special tool or something to do this. My neighbor who is a mechanic told me I would have to take it in to get it done.

I do not rememer what the cost was.

Hope this helps

2007 Sienna airbag warning lamp flashing

Certainly check with your Toyota Dealer as the vehicle is hopefully is still under factory warranty at that milage. The Air bag light flashing is certainly cause for concern, and having an airbag set off without impact can be very dangerous and it is best to have a professional working on your airbag issues.

2004 toyota sienna airbag system

you might be able to obtain a CarFax report with the details. Also - depending on the location etc of the accident you should be able to obtain a police report that indicates if airbags deployed.

2009 Sienna Airbag on Drivers side is off.

I hope you did not purchase your Toyota used; one of the worst scams around is selling used vehicles with missing or useless air bags.  The replacement cost on these is in the upper 3 digits. Because of the possibility of triggering the air bag by accident, I don't advise that someone not trained should attempt to troubleshoot these.
