Make certain it is an SLX4 receiver in the same exact frequency band as the SLX2.

My shure mic receiver SLX4 is showing Ready indication but not recieving the Audio from SM58 mic...whether it is reciever problem or transmitter.. what is the solution

If you shout into mic and the audio signal LED on receiver lights everything is ok.First check your receiver to amplifier jacks and cables,If ok check muting transistor inside the receiver next to the audio output terminal.As an expert on cordless microphones I'll be glad to answer your questions. There is no problem. The SLX4 receiver will ignore the phantom power.

Call the Shure Appications Group at 847-600-8440. They are great and can help you troubleshoot. Be at the church with the wireless when you call them.

I'm useing the SLX1/SLX4 cordless combo with a Crown headworn mic (CM 311/E SH). Sometimes the sound cuts off ! I'm based in NYC. where can I go for repair? Thanks

If the problem is with the Shure wireless, you'll need to send it back to Shure (www.shure.com/service). If the problem is with the Crown headset, you'll need to send that back to Crown.
