I need to find a replacement cash drawer for a Royal Alpha 601sc cash register and an instruction manual for same.

All cash registers can be programmed NOT to open on the No Sale button. It is a way to open up ***** and under-ringing / pocketing the money handed over by pressing N/S instead of an amount.

The instructions for having your business name print at the top of the receipt are "Programming a Header Message" (Page 28 / Image 34.) Your shop name will be "the header message."

Cash register with PS-700e bar code reader.I purchased one PS-700P

the clue is in what youve typed
you used to use a 700E type
you replaced with a 700P type
perhaps look for the 700E type that matches the older type you have
i would assume the last letter is the series ident so the one you replace it will it newer
perhaps doesnt communicate in the same exact way

Turn key to Prg mode for date punch in todays date, example June 13 2014 would be 061314 and depress the # key.


The time in Program mode would be for 9:45 Am 0945 and depress the QTY/Date Key. for PM you would use military time such as 3:00 PM would be 1500. Hope this helps.

You will need to find a dealer in your area. The bill holders are usually very cheap to replace and you can just fit it yourself. Look up a dealer under cash registers in the yellow pages. Many brands usually have interchangeable holders, so you might be able to use say a Casio one if they are the only dealers in your area.
