Yes, it is an 18mm plug but you will need to use the Honda Plug Tool which is part of the stock tool kit just below the seat. Use that and you will get all of the plugs out very easily.

2001 Vulcan front brakes. Left caliper keeps locking up. Have rebuilt master cyl, replaces left caliper, replaced brake lines left and right.

When you rebuilt your master cylinder did you look down the reservoir to the large brake fluid feeder hole? Right next to it is a tiny pin hole. That is the brake fluid return hole for the reservoir. It is probably plugged with rust or dirt. When it is plugged , you drive a short distance and the wheel locks up. Open the bleeder screw to release a squirt of fluid and you can drive back home before it locks up again. Clean out the hole with a single straight bristle from a wire brush and see if that fixes the problem.

My 750 vulcan will crank but when I give it gas it goes dead. I changed spark plugs and gas. It doesn't seem to help.

I would check the fuel flow and the timing to make sure that your not getting to much fuel and that you are getting spark at the correct time.

Where is the spark plug located?

There are 4 rubber spark plug caps on top of the engine's cylinder head behind the radiator.
If you pull them you reveal a hole on each one.Inside that hole you insert the 16mm spark plug wrench tool which must be long enough to reach them.
