Is your epilady still under warranty? If so, it's probably best to get the manufacturer to fix it. but even if it's not, you can still contact the manufacturer and ask them to recommend someone reliable in your area to take a look at it.
I still have my model Me 800-10 9-12 V D C 4W epilady. It's transformer is Meproelectric model number N4120-1230-DC.
INPUT: AC120V 60Hz 14W.
OUTPUT: DC12V 300mA.

You really don't need instructions. Just got over area using a small circular motions. I just keep going over the entire leg this way until all hair is removed and yes there will be some pain (especially if you have never experienced waxing!).
