I bought a magicJack go and I try to install it and register

Filters should not be fitted to the phone connected to the magicjack device.
You need a computer to register on line for the first time also connected to the same Wi-Fi as the magicjack.

The magicjack device must have external power on and plugged into the Ethernet connection on your modem/router.

Check you have an internet connection first, via your computer, or it will never work.

Magicjack is registered to one computer, check the details on your account.

and log into your account, using the email address and password that you used when you registered your magicJack. calls from and click "Submit". Make sure you enter it into the box associated with the magicJack that you have or will be adding International Prepaid Minutes to. You will receive an email with instructions and access code, 305-848-9999.
Dial the access code to start making International calls from the phone number you registered.
Please remember that you can only register one additional number per magicJack.
Note: In order to make International calls you need to purchase International Prepaid Minutes.

You are trying to make an international call without paying for international payment.
To do so, click here and log into your account, using the email address and password that you used when you registered your

If you have bought t from someone else it will not work as it is not registered to your computer.

You need to change the account details and then re-plug the magicjack into the USB again and it will download the new details.

You need the phone number and the password from the previous owner.

Then you can change the email address it is registered to and the password to your details.

Just restart your computer and then try again.
