On some other devices with model names ending in T, M, or TM you have free traffic (T) for life, Maps (M) , or free Traffic and maps (MT) for the useful life of the device. The LMT model has lifetiime maps and traffic updates included in the price. Lifetime in this case is the lifetime of the satnav rather than your life. The T model is capable of receiving traffic services, so it routes you around traffic jams, in countries that support traffic. With the T model you have to pay for map and traffic updates.
