your volume may be turned down on your cable box or satelite box. if this is so, a dvd should be loud, but cable/sat quite.
go into your settings, then find the audio settings find the audio output setting, and put it to "fixed" instead of variable
or push "cable" and then try to turn up the volume on your cable remote. . it may be "fixed" to tv. this is usually the cause.. it could be your tvs audio amp or processing, but not as likely (main board bad)
Fuzzy pic ? Try rotating the focus ring around the lens while the camera is running. Some webcams are designed for USB 2.0 ports and older PC's have 1.1 If all else fails re-install latest software

according to the manual, you can only adjust the volume whilst you are receiving a call . on the central scroll button press the right hand side ( as you look at it) until it reaches the desired level. hope this helps , j.
Yes it very well could be your phone lines and not the system. Call your provider and tell them you have low speech path on your lines. They will troublshoot it.
The internal screen settings only adjust volume of ringer, the external button on side adjusts ear piece/hand set volume. If the volume buttons do not turn up the volume of the hand set then the handset is defective
Check weather it requires an external power, if it requires then u need to supply it, else if it doesnt require an external power then it is the settings at the subscriber end, which we can not do anything unless we request or complain them. And it is not the fault with the instrument. But note that the instrument mechanism could be designed with a low amplification which means it has poor circuit.
Low handset volume during conversation? or volume in ringing tones, if during conversation press the right arrow key you might hear the changes, increasing volume, if still, need to bring it to service personel for earpiece replacement.
