run ccleaner it should remove it. you can download from piriform.com it's related to tune up utilities 2010. if you haven't already, please remove that program.

The wheel usually last for many years. I'm assuming you are getting 2 vert lines in place of the missing letter (hammer face). Used replacement wheels are available for 29,95.

If it lets you enter digits using the keypad, press *#7370#
This will fuuly reset your phone to factory status.
Unfortunately you will lose all pics and tunes etc (unless they are on the memory card)
If you cant enter this code, then try to reinstall software using NSU

If this doesnt work, then you phone will have to be flashed using a service box at repair shop or by Nokia service centre - which you may have to pay for.

Most of the time, you can hold the tuning button down for a short period of time and the display will blink, letting you change the tuning one number at a time. Then you can tune to a frequency to work with your adapter. Let me know if this works, hope it helps :)
