It blows cold air because the flame hasnt ignited. You are having an ignition problem due to either an unsatisfied pressure swith and a burned igniter. Have a look in the burner ports for the entire cycle and look to see if you can see e bright orange glow. if you dont see it, check your venting for blockage and also maybe the condensate drain tube for blockage

a- condenser need cleaning
b- condenser fan not operating
1 -check correct voltage comes to the fan motor if ok
2- check capacitor if ok
