I don't know what the guitar is, because that serial number is not recognized...but according to this site:

the S serial numbers were US made in 1979. If a legitimate guitar, it could be worth a fair bit, as '70s Fenders are becioming much more popular.

Where it was manufactured will have some bearing on its worth but the bottom line is always the condition especially of the valves and tuining slides. Hope this helps.
