Sounds like you're switching the same card between cameras. Rule #1...one card per camera. Format the card in the camera it is to be used in. There is no Rule #2.
YES THEY CAN!!!!!! To save a mms you first need to have the app downloaded on the g1... next you take the saved mms picture and send it to an e-mail which can then be downloaded to a computer. Once the photo is saved to the PC, you are able to manipulate it how you choose. The only way to prevent it is to AVOID downloading the mms saving app.
I had the same issue as described by the other posts. I run Windows Vista. I suspect the others are experiencing the same error message and are also running Vista.
Short Version of the Solution: You must run the Photo Viewer program as an administrator.
To do this:
Close the program if it is open
Right click on the program icon
Select "Run as Administrator" - Yes you have to do this even if you are already logged into the PC with administrator privledges.
You will be prompted to Cancel or Allow - Select "Allow"
It will now work.
Note: You may be asked for the administrator password if you are not logged into the machine as an an adminstrator already.
simply download your photos to a folder somewhere where you will remember (i.e desktop) when writing a message look for the import picture button, click it then browse for a photo, double click on the photo and it should appear in your message, you may have to resize it (or not) by dragging one of the corner points. hope this helps
