How do I fix a Miele W 2653 Wasker.

it needs service, so call for it.
lots can be wrong even partially clogged drain paths.
the washers have float valve to detect how much water is in the pan to drain, so clean or replace this valve.

My tip: call the service department and ask them what the problem should be. If they refuse to answer, just ask over and over and over again until somebody will finally be connected to you which has to tell you how and what. If a company can repair it, they HAVE to give at least an answer to what is broken.

I'm sorry to say that this is a controller problem.

The program is interrupted and the drain pump is operated. The display shows. If you have a full alphanumeric display it will show Technical fault F40. Call the Service Department. The buzzer is activated for 2 minutes.

Cause:
The controller has a fault that cannot be repaired by the service department

Remedy:
Replace the controller.

Hi dear.According to what you're saying,It has faulty water inlet valve.Machine unable to get enough water to do it's cycle in given parameters in time period & starts giving error but before the cycle complates,however it takes enough water,that's why error lights goes off.If you can,you need to change the valve or call service department.I hope that helps.Thanks.

Fault 10 indicates "No Water is Dispensed."

Solutions =>
– The water tank is not inserted properly. Take it out and reinsert correctly.
– The water tank was not filled correctly during the descaling process. Fill the water tank up to the correct mark.
– After fixing the fault, the machine turns off then on again. Start the desired preparation again.
– If the message still appears contact Technical Service
