I cannot remember my AT&T LG3 PUK - AT&T Cell Phones

It seems that LG have a general software problem.
The LG3 I bought about a year ago had similar problems. I learned from others that it was a software problem, made and RMA, and the supplier sent me a new phone. An LG4 that works well.
Until now, I thought the problem was only an LG3 problem, but it seems to be a general LG problem.
There is another person on this site who has similar problems with his LG phone. Hope my reply is of some help to you.

PUK codes are only available from your service provider
call them on another phone , provide proof that you own the account and they will give it to you

PUK is an abbreviation for Personal Unblocking Key; your PUK code is an 8-digit code that unlocks a barred phone. If you have set a PIN password on your phone and then enter it wrong three times, you won't be able to use your phone again until you enter the PUK code. When you can't remember your PIN or accidentally enter the wrong code, it can be very frustrating. However, there are three ways you can find your PUK code and unlock your handset.
1. Look in your SIM card wallet. Most network providers will give you your PUK code with the SIM card holder and instruction manual when you buy the phone. Others send the code through the post in your welcome pack.
2. Contact your network provider's customer service team. If you can't find your PUK code in your SIM card wallet, contact your network provider. It will confirm that you are the account holder and provide you with your PUK code. However, remember you will need another phone, such as a land line, to do this.
3. Visit the network service provider's website, where some networks will allow you to access your PUK code online. Networks such as AT&T require customers to sign into their online account before accessing their PUK code. However, others simply require you to enter your phone number before displaying your PUK code.

And remember: Once you have unblocked your phone, you'll have an opportunity to reset your SIM code. Try to pick something memorable, such as the last four digits of your phone number.

Hi everyone

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

call your phone service provider, you don't remember your puk code probably because it was never given to you, unless it came with the box of the sim card.

the puk is not related to the phone at all and the phone will work if you put in another sim card.

puk comes when you enter pin wrong 3 times.

use puk code. **05*PUK*NewPIN*NewPIN#

call your phone service provider they will give you the code for free.

thats your only chance in getting the code.

if you ca't get the code then you can get a new simcard and the phone will work normally.

puk code is asked when you enter pin code wrong 3 times. entering puk code wrong too many times will make the sim card useless.
