T-85L is a component of a hifi system not suposed to work alone. You have to connect it to another Kenwood component (an amplifier like the A85 ) through a special cable to power it on/off. The special cable can be used point to point or as daisy-chained.

I presume you realize none of these things produces speaker amplification. A receiver would do that and facilitate graceful and simultaneous interconnections. But it's not a necessity for selective interconnective between them, just not all at the same time.
I can't find any details on anything you named except the Tuner.
Typically, the tuner would use an RCA pair to go to a receiver AUX, TUNER or other Line Level input for source selection and amplification. Lacking a receiver, run it to the Tape Deck inputs for recording.
Ditto for the CD changer, but you'll probably have to disconnect the tuner.
SOURCE: HELP NEEDED I am having trouble
In the first part use the following leads
1. Keep the Power amp as the base and connect to the Cd input the CD player, the tuner to the tuner input, the cassette deck - play output to the tape in ( amp) and Rec out of tape to the tape out(amp).
connect all the RCA sockets with the R&L in the same side of the input/output.
Now the graphic equaliser input must be connected to the Amplifier's preamp output and the equaliser's output must be connected to the Amplifier's preamp input.
Now the equaliser will work through the amp.
The left and right speakers can be connected accordingly with the polarity in order.
The second system can be connected similarily with the cassette deck, tuner and cd player connected to the input of the Amplifier using the R&L RCA sockets.
Connect the speakers accordingly and test.
Please connect each RCA cord one by one and do not mix them up.
