The waste toner container is full. the front cover of the machine (the one with the Canon logo on it) must be removed. behind you will see a big white plastic bottle. Remove the bottle, empty the contents into the bin, wipe it off, and refit all removed parts. Finally restart the copier.

Hi,
these means that copier is detected too much waste toner in cleaning blade assy.
Book says:
Clogging of toner inside the cleaner has been
detected with reference to an abnormal rise in the
cleaner thermistor.
Try to:
- Remove the waste toner from inside the cleaner.
- Replace the air filter of the heat discharge fan.
and I would also recomend to check waste toner stiring "snail" and waste toner container.

I see the service manual the 5000 eror is not exist,sure is not error 5100 or 5C00 ?
