You need to make sure it has a full charge. Then turn it completely of and wait fir about 30 seconds and turn out back on again. Last, go to your settings and do a "profile update".
This should solve your problem. If not then call customer service.

You should let it charge for a full 24 when you first get it, i think. You may have to call the company, maybe you just got a bad phone.
