It is understood that your AOC monitor is not working, you had followed troubleshooting steps like connecting VGA and Power cable from monitor to computer and the monitor panel light is ON but still no display. Your old monitors might have had a higher screen resolution or and incomparable resolution for your new monitors. Probably the easiest way to get them to work is to plug the old monitors in then go to your control panel / display and set the resolution to 1366 x 768 as this is the native resolution of the e950Sw LED.
