I ve a JVC radio DK3, now it's showing upgrade disc.i need a software to upgrade it.Anyone to assist me please ?

Sorry, no. You must have the JVC MX-DK1 Upgrade disc to be able to upgrade.

my JVC model MXDK15 has a message saying upgrade Disc, and is not working can you please advise how I can get it working again.

I would go to www.jvc.com and click on support and type your model number and then you can download your software.

I have no solution but the same problem and wish to solve it asap.

If anyone has a JVC 12 cd's changer CH-X350 and also had the same problem (radio says when you wish to hear cd's : Reset 2), would you please tell.

JVC still has not updated its software for Vista. When you connect the USB cable to your machine does Vista recognize it? I suspect it does.

Sorry you can't use the freeware on the included disc. Still, you can look at the features for the full version of Power
Director 7 instead at this link and decide which one of this company to buy. If you phone or email them they may give you an upgrade price... maybe.

my mp3 players software is deleted when i was downloading songs.now when i put the player to my computer it doesnot show the folder(drive)which previously was present.after this happended my player shows written in it disc error whenever i try to play the mp3 player.but the fm radio is working .so if you coukd assist in solving this problem
