Try getting teh Windows Disk & run the windows repair utility.. this will fix any errors with the opearting system.

Note : Windows repair will not delete files however you might require to reload your drivers ...

Have you tried the repair option in Outlook? From the help menu, you can choose Detech and Repair. Also, you can choose to repair all of Microsoft Office from the Control Panel, Add and Remove Programs, find Microsoft Office, and click change. Then You can choose to repair.

The only way to address this is to pull the changer out and send it out for repair, the loading mechanism has failed, make sure to send a note that you want the CD's back from the repair shop. Don't go through the dealer, they send it out to an authorized GM electronics repair center same as you will have to do, one diff, they double the repair bill.

Send the in-dash unit, no wires or antenna, also include a note explaining the problem, add your telephone number. If the unit is out of warranty send a check or money order for $200, that will cover any normal repair, if in warranty send a copy of the sales receipt.
