DEAD LINK ONLY OPTION IS TO WRITE BUT ALL THE TABLETS ARE OUT OF STOCK SO MAY BE THAT IS THE END OF THE COMPANY . THEY DO NOT SEEM TO ANSWER INQUIRIES

These tablets have a "life long" battery, meaning that it is not user replacable... Looks like it is time to get a new tablet.
