log into your paypal acc. you will
see all of your current transactions also a view all of my transactions
shortcut bar if its not located in your most current transaction list click on
the view all of my transactions shortcut you have to select dates ranging from the
current to a specific date
open up a dispute in
resolution tab you will have to find this transaction and copy the details down
(date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have
with the seller to make a claim
Then open a dispute with
the seller or you can contact the seller and tell them of them problem to try and resolve the matter
without involving paypal remember there is a time limit on days before you will
not be able to make a claim.
