A little more context would have helped, but I strongly suspect that it is referring to Over Current Protection. That is to say, your inverter has built-in circuitry that will shut it down if you try to draw too much power from it. Think of it like the fuse or circuit breaker on your home wiring.

The OCP for most inverters is re-settable - either automatically (that is, a few seconds after you remove the overload, it starts working again) or manual (a button to press, or you turn the inverter off and back on).

Unit is overheating.
1. Check fans are running. and unit is in a cool place where air can flow freely.
2. If fans not working try using an external fan to see if the OCP error goes way.

Reduce the load on the outlets (Disconnect some stuff i possible)

OCP error, means there is some fault with its internal power regulator circuit. the output voltage from it is abnormal; might be more than normal. You have to check it with schematic diagram. I have the same problem. I can get the video by pushing the power button on top of the TV after using the remote and getting the power and ocp light dance.

Unfortunately I can promise you that you CANNOT repair this. Your power and opc lights coming on, but the tv is not coming on. That is a issue within the tv. Give sharp a call and they will have somebody come fix your tv free of charge, if they cant fix it, they will replace it for free. That is the only thing you can do. Sorry bro

2 blinks is +B OCP protection. The manual states "Short circuit of power supply system in each circuit." and "Goes to the standby mode. Short circuit of +B line"
