I need an instruction manual for a Philips System 600 single oven, installed 1993/94. The markings have rubbed off the front of the oven and I'm not sure how to use it. Thanks

Kleenmaid CH 600 CM Operating And Installation Instructions

Turn off gas supply. Open panel on left side. Loosen the top and bottom unions. Remove thermostat capillary line from the oven. Now remove thermostat with 2 pipe wrenches. install new thermostat and attach assembly to the unions you loosened. Now insert the capillary line back into the oven.

We had the same problem when our cleaner rubbed off the markings. Ariston "customer services" were very unhelpful (the model is now so old they don't offer any replacement facias for it) but managed to get replacement stickers from Mark at
http://www.ovenlettering.co.uk/. They come with a diagram for all four dials showing where they should go and are very easy to apply. Would highly recommend.

No, the self-cleaning cycle is automatic, and will raise the heat in the oven to a very high temp (500°F-600°F) then cool the oven.

Neff have some downloadable installation instructions at www.neff.co.uk select neff owners, then customer service, this opens a new window which has instruction manuals as an option, select this and then enter an E number for the model ( i tried B1664) a similar single oven and this brought up a pdf file. At the end p67 it gives cable sizes and types and connection details which should give you what you need.
