What is the source of power? Headlight circuit? . Installer boo boo? or possibly wiring is incorrect? Poor radio grounding possible Reccommend returning to installer before radio is damaged in order to preserve the warranty.
Since the eye must be made out of resin, try putting the beanie boo in the freezer. the super glue will start to come off and you can just put the toy in hot water afterwards. It might work, but i'm not so sure. hope this helps.
If the Beanie Boo seam split, I'd reccomend a trek to your local store for a needle and thread. Sew the seam back together - making sure the stitches are small. If this is a child's toy, play a pretend game of animal A&E. Get all their teddies to grieve the teddy in hospital. It worked for me!
