did you turn the radio on first. It must be powered up with the throttle stick at minimum. Turn power on and then move stick to maximum and back to minimum. The remote lite should stop flashing and then power on helicopter.
SOURCE: My new u-control helicopter is experencing spinning
I had the same problem, the helicopter would spin out of control and the trim did not help. I took a closer look and noticed that only the top rotor was turning. I took the bottom off of the round gear box to find a tiny white gear had slipped off the second motor. With a pair of needle nose tweezers I was able to reattach the gear and I was flying in no time.
For one thing, there are only two channels. Although the transmitter shows a,b,c the switch has only two positions. The way to assign a channel to a heli is to turn it on and then simply operate the transmitter. The heli will lock itself onto the first frequency it receives, and start working. Before turning on the second heli, make the first transmitter is OFF, and set the second transmitter to the other channel. Turn on the second heli and simply operate the transmitter. The heli will lock itself onto the second transmitter's frequency, and start working. Then you can turn the first transmitter back on.
