Re: I am looking for a calendar app for my Android?
Recover Lost Contacts SMS Pictures from Broken Samsung Galaxy S/Note Phone
To retrieve lost files on broken Samsung, you can depend on the third-party Broken Android data Extraction, which empowers you to retrieve lost, deleted, formatted, corrupted and damaged contacts, SMS, photos, videos, music, WhatsApp chats and many more from broken Samsung, no matter they are saved in the external SD card or internal memory. And it works well with most of Samsung mobile phones and Android OS, including Samsung Galaxy S6/S5/S4/S3/S, Galaxy Note 4/5/3/2 and so on.

Not true/ I have just checked my iPhone and Good Friday and Easter Sunday are listed.
It looks like public opinion may have made them act to reinstate it.
Or you don't have it set to show?
Do you have the Holiday calendar selected in your Calendar app? Go to the Calendar app, tap Calendars in the bottom center of the screen and make sure that you have a tick next to the Holiday calendar.
First, lets make sure your Calendar is properly synced. The process is the same on both devices.
Go to Settings, then open Mail/Contacts/Calendars.
Next, select Add Account and Gmail. However, if you have already added your Gmail account, then instead of Add Account, choose Gmail from the account list.
Toggle the Calendar switch to On.
Otherwise, add your Google account information and a description of the calendar, and ensure that the Calendar option is switched on. Syncing will begin when you next open the Calendar app on your iPhone or iPad.
Hi is it the S planner app you talk about?
I found that S Planner uses several calendars. You can have one in the samsungaccount. Open Splanner app. In menu press MENU button (left bottom), select calendars. Now you have a whole list. facebook, gmail, samsung. I started initially using (and adding things) to my samsung calendar. But I soon found that the samsung was difficult to use. So I changed to using the gamil calendar and reentered birthdays etc. Now with the gmail calendar it is synced at all times and you can access and edit your calendar in PC when logging in to gmail, you select calendar. In to right corner you find a small grey with nine little blocks. This is apps. In here you go to calendar. Hope it helps. Stop using the Samsung account calendar! I guess if you want to access this on pc you must log into your samsung account on pc. I didnt because I switched to gmail calender. Best regards
Problems with sync
On most Android devices, the Calendar app is automatically synced with the Google Calendar server, and vice versa. If you experience problems with sync, troubleshooting steps at link above may help.
I had this problem on my Galaxy S5 - There's 2 steps to fix it.
1) Remove the declined event from Facebook
In the Event page, you'll see buttons for "Join" "Maybe" "Decline" and "..." click the ... and choose "Remove me from guest list"
2) Clear out calendar data and Resync
On your device, open the full Application Manager (usually in settings / Applications / Application manager / All ) and look for "Calendar Storage" - choose "Clear Data" (and "Clear Cache" too, to be safe)
Open the Splanner app settings and choose sync.
You have to put in your email account, Gmail preffered. Because the calendar app can, and will, synchronize your schedule and tasks to your email account. it is one of android best feature, i suggest you register it.
There is a widget called Pure Calendar that has a lot of options. I am not sure if it will integrate with the Contacts, but I'm sure there is a way to pull birthdays and such into the Calendar. It will integrate with Astrid, if you use that app.
