Question about Aiwa Car Audio & Video
I am junking out a vehicle that I purchased with this Aiwa stereo already in it. I would like to remove it and place it in another vehicle but can't seem to find any info on the removal process. Can anyone help me out? I have two small long silver tools that I think are probably used to do this but am not sure how they are to be used.

SOURCE: i just got the aiwa cdc-x227 and the mute is
check for a logo that shows a speaker with a cross(X) across. just switch this back. this is also available on the remote. You could normally find this on the top side so as to mute easily when in a traffic junction. Check if this button is jammed. Also check if the display shows a mute , if not the sound reduction could be a different issue related to the audio output. check if any speaker connections are short, or speakers connections touching the body. Chek on the wiring once again with a multimeter , for any shorting, correct positve voltage and good ground. hope this helps. Good day
