your main power assembly has blown a heat sink
the board runs around 2-300 and unless your very good with electronics, I would call a repait man...
Check your labor costs and add that to board cost
if you look around you might find a good guy that can get it done in just a few minuts and less than a hundred.. I live in Mass and 79.00 is my hourly labor for this repair..
The Convergence Circuit has failed. It should be repaired by a professional. It will require replacement of the convergence ICs.

I am at the same state your in the tv from back side of it inside holds 3 little glass fuses did you check those? for fuse pop i did mines still good
but still wont power back on just a quick blink from front when the power is plugged back in
