Most parts for kero heaters are interchangable. go to desatech dot com for parts. check for a reset button for your heater. if no reset, does the fan run? your unit can use one of two ignition parts. a spark generator with a spark plug or a hot surface igniter. the unit uses a cad cell flame detector. you might need to replace this.

if the spark plug is sparking it is hot enough to lite the fuel.is ther dirt in fuel tank???is there water in the fuel???? what is the air pressure set at????is the nozzle clean and spraying correctly?????any of these will cause the heater not to fire.not the spark plug.

spk I think means spark for ignition and plt means pilot so i assume the heater tried to light but the pilot light is not staying on. could be dirtly contact on the ignition spark plug or dirty pilot flame need to be cleaned and the unit serviced.
i hope this was useful.
