Where can I buy a spool pin for a Euro Pro Model 473 B bought in 2006

Bought the machine new in I believe in Aug 2006 for grandchildren. Was never used. Recently opened it to discover that it is missing the spool pin that is supposed to be installed on the back of the machine.
