Whirlpool duet ht will not agitate or spin

Front load washers don't "agitate". Did you mean it doesn't tumble during the wash cycle? I need more information. Complete model # and a more detailed description of the issue.

Ghw9100lq1 whirlpool duet. I took off the connectors which are wired to the door and forgot the sequence blue/black/pink from the top or is it black/blue/pink. The connectors for the blue and black look...

the wire connectors are keyed and will fit into where they go just like a piece on a jigsaw puzzle will only fits where it goes only trial and error will help ya figure where they go. In the future a helpful tip would be to use your digital/cellphone camera and take pictures so ya have a clear record of where things go
I know they look idintical but closer inspection a tab will on left on another the tab will be in center--and so forth

Whirlpool washer duet ghw9100lq1

Hi. this issue is being caused by a defective flow meter. this is part of the water valve assembly but, its not integrate and it can be replaced separately without replacing the entire water valve device.

Simply replacing the flow meter will fix this issue. I have posted a link below that will allow you to purchase this part online.
