Put a part fill in the tub( about 1" deep) with the plug attached to a bit of wire
pour about 1/4 cup of draino ( sodium hypochlorite ) into the water and stir with a broom handle or suitable stirrer pul the plug out and the mixture will dissolve any hair, soap and grease that is blocking the system
NOTE
SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE IS CAUSTIC ( BURNS THE SKIN AND EYES ) SO USE RUBBER GLOVES AND SAFETY EYE WARE AND USE EXTREME CARE
FLUSH THE BATH WELL WHEN DRAINED

My washer stops mid cycle then the time delay button flashes.

Sounds like you have a problem with either water coming in too slow(Clean the water valve inlets for both the hot and cold) or a slow drain problem. Which could be either your drain from the house is slow or there is something in the pump. Either one of these could cause your unit to time out before the next cycle.

Washer spins but too slow

Clean out the drain pump. Sounds like water is pumping out too slow. This added weight is slowing down the spin.
If water is pumping out OK and you still have the same problem, replace the drive belt.

Pav2300aww spinning very slow, and not draining

In all these Cases it sounds like a faulty lip seal. These special seals have Sealed bearings inside. Water gets through the seal and into the bearing which causes it to thump (like a helicopter) or squeal very loudly. As far as draining, the machine has to reach a curtain speed before the pump can turn fast enough to work.
