With the above message it tells you to turn the printer "OFF/ON". Rebooted the printer 20-30 times. We have checked all the connections. All panels closed. Any ideas?

I am a publisher here in Seattle printing full color books with this machine and I have just gotten the same message- Does anyone have a solution- I have Googled and checked everything... Now, this happened to me a few months ago and I pulled out the drum and sprayed it with air, replaced it and it worked fine for about two months- now I get the error again- does this help in the problem solving?
