Yes, This phone does have a speaker phone setting.
When in a call it should be the top right button on your keypad.

Binatone don't seem to bother providing a solution to this problem. My mother-in-law has rung to say that the Big-Button BB200 is really faint, can the volume be turned up? I don't know, and I can't find out.

your phone is blocked, it means you need to unblock the phone to be
able to use it again. It is certain that you cannot unblock this phone
for free, anywhere or on any site.
Some sites offer to unlock
phones and charge some amount of money, but I won't recommend that for
you because those unlock codes are not reliable.
Though there are some phones
that can be unlock for free, but unfortunately, yours cannot be
unlocked for free because this model of phone is not very common.
I
would advice that you take the phone to a phone tech within your
area/vicinity, and your phone will be unlocked there within a couple of
minutes. The phone will be reset with with computer using a phone
cable and software. I'm sure you do not have the facilities to unlock your phone
that's why I'm referring you to a phone tech.

Try reset your those cordless phones in particular, Turn
off the phone, remove the AC adapter, press and hold the page/call
button that is on the phone and plug back your Ac adapter, this process
will help reset the phone and help fix all abnormalities.
