1
Tap the Menu icon from the Email screen. This brings up this menu.

2
Tap the Others icon. This is a generic way to enter lots of kinds of e-mail accounts. Tapping it brings up this screen.
3
Carefully enter your full e-mail account name, and then enter your password in the second field. Your e-mail address should include the full shebang, including the @ sign and everything that follows it. Make sure to enter your password correctly, being careful with capitalization if your e-mail server is case-sensitive - most are. If in doubt, select the option to let you see your password.
4
Decide whether you want this account to be your default e-mail account. After you add multiple accounts to your phone, only one account can be your primary, or default, account. Although you can send an e-mail from any of the accounts registered on your phone, you have to select one as the default. If you want this account to be the primary account, select the Send Email from This Account by Default check box. If not, leave that option as it is.
5
Tap Next. You see all kinds of options you can select. Just go with the default settings for now.
6
Tap OK. If everything goes as planned, your phone and your e-mail account will start chatting.
7
Enter names for the new e-mail account. You can always use the e-mail address for the name, but consider choosing something shorter, like Joe's MSN or my Hotmail.
8
Tap Done. Don't forget to check that everything has gone as planned and is set up to your liking. Go back to the Home screen, tap the Email icon, open Settings, and tap the + (plus) sign to add new accounts.

How to foward picture text to my email

You can send picture and text using email function to an email address.

Usually, with smart phone, you first open the picture. Then, you hold your finger on the picture and there will be a number of functions you can choose. One of them should be email. Choose the email function and continue to fill in the email address you are sending and put in your message in the Subject field. When you finish with them, you can press the Send button to send it out.

Hi! Could you please tell me how to email pictures that have already been downloaded to my computer from my Nikon Coolpix S570 digital camera?

You can email pictures the same way you email any other file. Your email program should have some method for attaching files. Use this method to attach picture(s) to your email.

I do no know how to send pictures directly from my camera to my email address.

Download or transfer the pictures to a folder in your computer - preferably your "Pictures" folder. When you write the Email, "attach" the picture to the Email by locating the Picture folder in your computer and selecting the pictures you want attached.

Outlook continues to send the same email and gives me an error

What is the error message?
Pictures too big?
Too many email addresses?
Size of email with pictures too large?
If it looks like SPAM to your ISP (Internet service Provider) then your email is being 'blocked'.
More info, please...

Picture mail

SPRINT - You must have you phone setup linked to an active email acount (i.e. yahoo, etc)

(New Picture) When you take a picture, tap on the envelope icon. \/

(Picture from file) Select and view picture from file explorer. Once open select send in the lower left corner. \/

The option for sending the picture comes up. Click send via email (not picture mail). This opens your email menu, select the correct email account to send from. Once the compose email page opens, simply type the email address and send.

note: to send to another phone you must know the address in which the cell company uses. Some are:

- Sprint - (phonenumber)@pm.sprint.com
- US cellular - (phonenumber)@mms.uscc.net
- ATT - (phonenumber)@mms.att.net
