That forward-to-another-number would usually be a function of the telephone company or service provider -- BUT the Vtech DS6522 and a similar AT&T phone do include a Bluetooth connectivity with an associated cellphone wherein the cellphone is the "service provider" and the Vtech handsets are "extensions" from the cellphone, a complicated scenario. See your model's manual ( it is available at www.manualslib.com ) and/or perhaps talk to your phone company. Good luck!

SOURCE: Phones stopped working. They only read

I'm not familar with the Vtech but I would suspect that all 4 units work off of the answering machine base. It sounds like it is seeing a dial tone.
Take a working phones like the wall phone, if it is easily removed, and use a known good connecting cable between the good wall phone and the jack that the Vtech is plugged into.
If that works, take the connecting cable loose and replace it with the Vtech connecting cable. If that works check the jack on the Vtech for crossed wire. If non found, connect it to the jack the wall phone was plugged into. If this doesn't provide satisfaction, let me know exactly what you did and what happened and we will go from there.

Hey geowinnick,

To remove "missed calls" on phone, press and hold "OFF" button on handset. This should remove "missed calls" message.

SOURCE: phone screen just say connecting

If is says connecting then most probably its not getting a connection from the base. It could also be your telephone line. Check if the line is active.

Please rate if helpful.

Thanks

SOURCE: how do i enable call

Hello! You can turn on call forwarding by pressing 72# then wait until you hear the two tones and dial your number that you wish to send the calls to and then hang up the phone. The two tones signal that it has understood your command and is putting the line into forward mode.

To turn off cal fowarding, press 73# and wait again for the two tones and hang up.

My VTech Cordless Phone shows a 1 when I press star and it's forwarded all my calls somewhere else

Question edited for clarity, you wrote 'vetch' and I think it's VTech.
Question moved to a VTech category.

All questions need full 'make model (what it is)'. They make dozens of models.

It is a simple programming issue. Find the manual and use Search to find 'Call Forwarding'.

Can't forward from my vtech to my att cell no matter what I'd do

Call forwarding is NOT a function or feature of the VTech 6041
cordless phones.

It is offered by some telephone service providers, but their
procedures are proprietary and specific to that individual
telephone (service) company -- if they offer it at all.

Good luck!

Lost my manual how do I get my phone calls to be directed to my cell phone

Since you declined to specify the model of your VTech DECT 6.0 system, enter it into the search box at
http://www.vtechphones.com/vtechphones/index.cfm/support/general/manuals/
to download the manual.

For instructions on forwarding calls from one number to another, contact your phone company. The procedure depends on their system, not on your phone.
