Carriage jam open door then press ok then it read and print cancelled : and then goes back to read carriage jam open door then press ok
SOURCE: Carriage Jam error always - how do I fix it?
Try resetting the printer (pressing the cancel button and connecting the power supply, check in the HP website if this is correct for your printer model) , after the reset the printer will clear any errors and will recalibrate the mechanism including the paper feed mechanism and the carriage.
Also check if the carriage is moving freely by disconnecting the power and moving it by hand.

SOURCE: Printer keeps saying ''carriage jam error''...
Friends,
The encoder strip may also be dirty, this causes the printer to believe that the carriage moves less than it actually does and tries to compensate by moving the carriage even further - slamming into the left side of the printer as a result.
Carefully leaning the encoder strip with a lint-free cloth wetted with luke warm water (it should not drip!) can fix this problem.
If the carriage stays in the middle of the printer and doesn't move, the carriage drive belt may be broken. Usually this is not replaced so the printer unfortunately has to be scrapped. But contact your local HP support for further advice.
