In the last line of report, it printed as "000-0092 1". 000 means register machine#; 0092 means consecutive job#, but what does 1 means? How to take it out or put it in by proper setting?
Re: What that means in z1 report of er-a320? - Sharp ER-A320 Cash Register Retail Supplies
Possibly clerk or cashier number?
Testimonial: "Answer was reasonable, but I could not test it because I don't know which job number can be used to add it on or take it out. I still search for it. If anybody know, please let me know. Thank you very much!"

If the Sharp ER-A320 cash register has lost its settings after being unplugged and plugged back in, you may need to reprogram the register. Here are some steps you can follow:
Consult the user manual: The user manual for the ER-A320 should have instructions for programming the register. If you don't have a physical copy of the manual, you can search for it online or contact Sharp customer support for assistance.
Check the backup battery: The ER-A320 has a backup battery that helps to retain the programming in case of a power outage or unplugging. If the battery is dead or weak, it may have contributed to the loss of settings. You can check the battery and replace it if necessary.
Reprogram the register: Using the manual or instructions provided by Sharp, you can reprogram the register with the necessary settings. This will likely involve resetting the register, entering your store information, setting up departments, programming PLUs, and setting up tax rates.
Test the register: Once the programming is complete, you should test the register to make sure it is functioning properly. You can perform test transactions and ensure that the correct receipts are printed and that the totals are correct.
If you are not comfortable reprogramming the register yourself, you can contact a Sharp authorized service center for assistance.
Enter is the CASH button. If you use the programming overlay, you'll see that it is the enter button when you are in certain modes, so just press cash. To print out old information, use the electronic journal (sometimes called EJ). Find it in reports somewhere. On some machines, you can print out a portion of it by date or so many lines e.g last 300 lines of printing. Be aware that if you reset the EJ (do a Z report on it, that info will print but then be lost. It's better to do a read (X report). the EJ holds everything, so you will need to look back through it but you will certainly see all sales by date and time.Note: It's possible to disable the EJ. If a dealer has done this, it will be empty. It is on by default so it should be working if not touched. It holds thousands of lines and it slowly deletes the oldest lines automatically so never needs resetting. It's your friend for lost reports :-)
Receipt can be set to simple format or detailed format. All are depending on the setting by programming, like change job # 904, 905, 908, 909 ... some sale information may be omitted or added on.
I think you mean your end-of-day money totals: Turn the key to X1/Z1 Touch the decimal point, then the CA/AT/NS (CAsh, Amount Tendered, No Sale) button - or maybe it's just CA/AT on the -A330. It will print out a Z reading: the day's sales totals and clear them back to zero, except the Grand Totals at the top of the tape. If you skip the decimal point it will print an X reading: the same tape, but will not clear the totals, so they can continue building. You can print an X tape several times a day if you're curious about sales, so far, without messing up anything. I talk about Z totals as a daily total, but they accumulate for as long as you let them, before taking a Z reading. It is only a daily report as long as you take it daily, as most business owners do.
if you have printed a Z report, it has already been cleared. You may be able to get it from the electronic journal though.Try this: Turn key to X1/Z1 mode.Make sure you have lots of paper left on your roll. If you are not sure, place a fresh roll in the machine since you don't want to run out during this print.Type 700 @/FOR CASH.On euro models, it is 700 X TL or 700 X CASH.This will print the journal which contains all of the last few thousand lines and reports.Good luck. ------------------------------------------------- If anyone needs a manual for a Sharp XE-A22, try here:http://the-checkout-tech.com/manuals/cashregisters/Sharp11.php
