First of all, is there a green power light on the control panel, if not check that the main power switch is on, located at the right side lower right. Check that the main circuit breaker hasn't been blown on the copier. If these are good, turn off the main power switch and back on again. Look on the display to see if there is a progress bar on it. This is booting up the copier and if all goes well it will come to ready. If not it will give you an error message and then I will have to know what that is help any more.
This error on the Canon iPF-605 wide format printer means that there is a problem with the paper cutting knife. The knife (black block) should be at the left front side in it's rest position.
Powered the printer down and moved the knife block from right to left, powered on and voila: problem solved ! Thanks Canon support!
