If you're thinking about one of those machines that you can load fancy embroidery patterns into and stitch them out on your machine, then "No." Your machine is basically a sewing machine, but it does have decorative stitches and, with practice, you can do some manual embroidery.
Machine designs first designator is the file name. Your machine shows the file number for the design you want. You do still need to "select" that design number shown to actually begin teh file transfer from a thumb drive or cable direct from your computer if your machine has that feature.
Is it a pre-loaded card - or one you add patterns to? If its one you add patterns to, make sure the pattern isn't too large for the machine. EG if machine does 4"x4" and you've loaded a 5"x7" pattern, try down-sizing the pattern/ breaking it up into smaller sections to load & sew
According to the manual, your machine does data transfers in the .SEW format, so this would be the best format for you to download embroidery patterns in. However, if you find a pattern you like that's only available in other formats, I'd suggest downloading it in however many formats are available and see which, and how many of them, you can read. Experimenting on this doesn't cost you a thing other than a little time and can bring some big rewards!
I had the same problem and after buying a new card, found out that you get that message if the pattern you are trying to transfer is too big. reduce the size of the pattern and see if that works
