Many One For All remote manual and code lists are available here: http://www.oneforall.com/support/manual . Use the drop down menus to select universal remote control and then the specific model. You may need to change the country (at the top) to find your remote.
Try the code 0154 for a Sanyo TV. Please note that most universal remotes only have the codes for devices released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. If your remote is older than your TV, you may need a newer TV.
Try the code 0154 for a Sanyo TV (not a combination TV/DVD). However, the codes for a universal remote are limited to those for TVs released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. The URC3110 documentation gives it a date of 5/2006 so if your TV is newer, you may need a newer remote.
Please note that universal remote codes are usually limited to those for devices released at least 6 months before the remote was programmed. If your TV is newer than the RM-V220, you may need a newer remote.
The URC4220 remote is pre-programmed with only one code for Sanyo TV:
0154 Please note that not all universal remotes work with all TVs. If your TV is newer than your remote, this code may only control basic functions or may not work at all. If the above code doesn't work, you can also try the code search feature. If you need any further assistance, please post back here.

The Sanyo codes appear to be 620, 801, 931 . Turn on the TV, press and hold Set-up until the light comes on and enter the three digit code. Check if the TV responds (volume, channel). If not try the next code.
To search all codes: turn on the TV, press and hold the Set-up button. Then press Channel + slowly but repeatedly until the channel changes. Press Enter (if you overshoot, press Channel - to before pressing enter.) To record the code, turn on the TV, press and hold Set-up, then press Set-up again and type 0-9 individually until the indicator light blinks. That is digit 1, repeat the search from 0-9 for the other two digits.
If your TV was released ~6 months before the remote was programmed or is newer than the remote, then the code you need may not be in the remote's programming. In that case, you need a newer remote, one of the remotes that is programmable (USB to a computer), or a remote specific to your TV (try remotes.com and search on the TV model - leave off the brand name).
However, if your remote is older than your TV or was programmed within 6 months of the TV coming on the market, the code you need may not be included. In that case, you need a newer remote. (There is a time lag for the codes being provided to the universal remote vendors.)
