May be the Ibt cleaning unit or ibt cleaning chutch.

have you tried replacing the cables maybe they are in a incorrect position wen you do this switch off the fiery and the machin.

IN the search box type "spots" and read the relevant solution.

Most likely this indicates a drum cleaning blade failure. This is especially true if the black Bars run up and down the page and get worse on multiple copy runs. So if you run 10 copies the last one out will be worse than the first one out. If this is the case, cleaner blades are pretty in-expensive at around $40.00.
